Joe on the Lower American, Lower Yuba, Lower Feather, Lower Sac the Klamath or guiding in Alaska. Joe prides himself foremost as a teacher and is a Federation of Fly Fishers Certified Casting Instructor.
Capt. Andy Guibord
Andy's 30+ years of employment at Kiene's Fly Shop combined with years of guiding and casting instruction (single and double hand techniques) has made him one of the most popular guides in northern California.

Capt. Bryce Tedford
Bryce has fished all over the world in both freshwater and saltwater environments. Since moving to California in
2010 he's concentrated on fishing for Smallmouth & Large Mouth Bass and Striped Bass in the Delta. Bryce loves to educate his clients on the Delta's diverse fishery, and after spending a day with him you will come away with a depth of knowledge about how to catch some of the largest and most challenging freshwater fish in the country.

Lis Weiruch
Liz in addition to owning (along with her husband Don), the Angler's Edge Fly Shop in Gardnerville NV, is one of the very few guides with permits to guide on the E Walker in Nevada.
Liz knows every inch of the river and excells as a teacher. She knows where the fish are no matter what time of the year.

guides our valley tailwaters too. He is the only fly fishing guide on Clearlake which has been named by Bassmaster Magazine as the bass fishing lake of the decade.
Ethan Bush
Ethan grew up on the Lower American and the other valley tailwaters and knows the nook and crannies that other guides overlook. His goal is to ensure that you
come away from a day on the water satisfied that your knowledge of fly fishing has increased. Ethan guides the L American, Feather River, and L Yuba River.
Zac Schmidt
Zac grew up in Kings Canyon fishing the technical freestone rivers of the Sierra Nevada. He cut his teeth guiding in Lake Clark and Katmai national parks in theBristol Bay region of Alaska. Zac loves teaching others the art of fly fishing, and getting others
hooked on the sport. His favorite place to guide is Putah Creek, but you can also find him on many of the other valley tailwaters.
Andrew Foster
Andrew is our youngest guide but don't let that fool you as he was born a "fish head" and grew up fishing valley tailwaters. Andrew currently spends his
summers guiding in Alaska and the rest of time guiding close by. He is one of our point men for Steelhead, Stripers and Shad
Capt. Patrick Mackenzie
If you want to fish for Stripers in the Napa River or Largemouth, Smallmouth and Spots in the foothill lakes, Patrick is your guy. As a matter of
fact, Patrick is the only fly fishing guide on the Napa River. The Napa is home seasonally to some of the largest Stripped Bass in California and they have a reputation of being some of the strongest fighting Stripers too, as they have spent very little of their time in freshwater. He is also the only fly fishing guide on Lake Berryessa which is ranked as one of the top ten Bass lakes in the USA.
Dan Le Count
Dan was born a fish-head cutting his teeth on local coastal creeks and in the Sierra. He's one of
the most popular guides on the Truckee, Little Truckee and the other waters in the Truckee area. He also offers float trips on the Lower Yuba for it's legendary trout.
Richard Loft
Richard is one of the most unique guides in Northern CA and is an expert on wade fishing Putah Creek and the Lower American River for Shad. No guide will work harder for you. Located in Napa CA he is our go to guide for clients who are vacationing in the wine country.

Mark grew up fishing the Delta and northern CA trout streams and has been guiding since 1984. He's very personable but very serious about getting his clients fish.
Mark is one of the most versatile guides in California as he is a master at fishing for Sripped Bass, Black Bass, Steelhead and Trout.

Jimmy is our go to guide for the rivers and streams of Yosemite National Park and many other Sierra west slope waters. After 29 years of guiding the western Sierra he knows every nook and cranny that holds fish.
